Posisi Kerja Tersedia 

1. Business Consultant

Responsibilities :

  • Develop networks and create channels to discover business opportunities in target markets.
  • Oversee the complete sales process, including prospecting, identifying customer needs, negotiating prices, and monitoring post-sales activities.
  • Preserve relationship with current customers and actively generate demand for our products.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1/D4) from all major, preferably from engineering related major
  • Minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale) from a reputable university
  • Strong interest in sales and marketing activities
  • Possess solid analytical, interpersonal, customer-centric skills, teamwork aptitude, and thrive in fast-paced environments
  • Eagerness to explore and gain knowledge about heavy equipment products
  • Sales/entrepreneurship experience is a plus
  • Mandarine language proficiency is a plus
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written
  • Willing to be placed in all PT Traktor Nusantara branches

2. Parts & Service Sales

Responsibilities :

  • Achieve Product Support Sales targets by effectively managing customers through the entire process: identifying their needs, generating demand, and overseeing post-sales activities.
  • Maintaining relationship with customer by addressing customer complaints with effective solutions and recommendations.

Requirements :

  • Associate degree (D3) from all Engineering or similar major
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Minimum GPA 3.00 from reputable university
  • Eager to explore and gain knowledge about heavy equipment parts
  • Possess solid analytical, interpersonal, customer-centric skills, teamwork aptitudes, and thrive in fast-paced environments
  • Sales/entrepreneurship & organization experience is a plus
  • Computer literacy is a must
  • Strong interest in Sales Activities
  • Willing to be placed in all PT Traktor Nusantara branch, AHEMCE Group, and Astra

3. Legal Staff (Litigation)

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for providing comprehensive legal support for Traknus Group through legal research, drafting and reviewing agreements, and ensuring compliance with company interests. This role also managers legal issues and litigation processes to prevent business disruptions, represent the company in legal matters, and ensure proper handling of disputes in accordance with applicable laws

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree from Law Major
  • Minimum GPA of 3.00 from a reputable university
  • Exhibit a profound understanding of legal matters, showcase exceptional interpersonal skills, and demonstrate a high level of integrity
  • Interest in Legal & Litigation activities
  • PERADI Certification, practical experience in court, and other Legal-related experience is a plus
  • Proficient in using computers (Microsoft Office, Internet literacy)
  • Fluent in spoken and written English

4. IT Application Development Staff

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee the development, enhancement, and resolution of issues related to both the front-end and back-end of non-SAP applications to efficiently support business operations.
  • Creating new applications, implementing changes, resolving bugs, and addressing system issues.
  • Provide technical guidance and ensure solutions align with user needs and organizational goals, maintaining system efficiency and reliability.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Information System, Information Engineering, Computer Science, Information Management
  • Minimum GPA 3.00 from reputable university
  • Proficient in using C#, JavaScript, and ASP .Net, along with integrating REST APIs
  • Exhibits proactivity and innovation in developing solutions
  • Demonstrate a good communication skill, able to work in a team and work under tight schedule
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written

5. Service Profitability & Business Control

Responsibilities :

  • Monitoring and controlling service profit
  • Manage service business development 
  • Performing the preparation of service pricing periodically based on cost both internally and externally

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1/D4) in Industrial Engineering, Management, Accounting, Business, or Economics
  • Minimum GPA of 3.00 from a reputable university
  • Solid understanding of policies, procedures, and audit processes
  • Possesses strong analytical skills, including the ability to perform cost analysis and apply critical thinking in problem-solving
  • Knowledgeable in change management and product operations
  • Demonstrates good communication skills, able to work in a team and work under tight schedules
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written
  • Holds relevant professional certifications such as CISA, CPA, or CIA

6. Japanese Key Account

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for managing Japan Company customers in Indonesia by maintaining relationships, identifying business opportunities, handling complaints and negotiations, conducting market surveys, and expanding customer coverage to boost sales and market share.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1/D4) in Japanese Literature, International Business, Management, Industrial Engineering, or other relevant majors.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale) from a reputable university
  • Strong interest in sales, customer relations, and working with Japanese companies
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with eagerness to learn how to build professional relationships.
  • Basic analytical thinking and willingness to explore market information.
  • Experience in Japanese-related activities (e.g., student exchange, competition, organization) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Japanese language (minimum JLPT N2 preferred) and English, both spoken and written.

7. Accounting Staff

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for supporting accounting and tax activities by assisting in the preparation and monitoring of monthly, yearly, and mid-term plans, as well as helping to monitor and analyze accounting activities in both the head office and branch offices.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Management, or related fields
  • Minimum GPA 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale) from a reputable university
  • Interested to work with and analyze accounting-related data
  • Good understanding of accounting principles with strong analytical, detail oriented, good communication, and teamwork skills
  • Experience in Accounting or internship is a plus
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written

8. Finance Staff

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for managing all aspects of invoice, credit, and collection processes, including administering customer credit limits, ensuring timely invoice distribution, conducting customer receivable collection, reviewing AR with operations, preparing monthly cash-in reports, and recording incoming payments in accordance with company procedures to support smooth operations and business goals.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1/D4) in Accounting, Finance, Management or other related majors
  • Minimum GPA 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale) from a reputable university
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy in handling financial data, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Good analytical and numerical skills
  • High sense of responsibility, integrity, and commitment to procedures
  • Experience in Finance or internship is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written

9. Business Process Management Staff

Responsibilities :

  • This role is responsible for ensuring company compliance with applicable regulations to support business continuity, updating ISO 9001:2015 standards in line with current business needs, and managing, implementing, and developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all departments

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1/D4) in Industrial Engineering, Management and other relevant major
  • Minimum GPA of 3.00 from a reputable university
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong understanding of business process mapping, SOP development, and continuous improvement principles
  • Experience or interest in managing ISO 9001:2015 or other quality management systems is a plus

10. Corporate Communication & Innovation Staff

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for implementing communication strategies to strengthen the company’s image and support business goals. This role manages internal and external communications, develops content, and drives improvement and innovation initiatives across divisions to enhance performance and add value to the company

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Communication Science, Public Relations, Marketing, or other related majors
  • Minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale) from a reputable university
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong understanding of corporate communication, media relations and branding principle
  • Experience or strong interest in content creation, public relations, and social media management is a plus

11. Human Capital System Development & Improvement Staff

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for developing and optimizing the Human Capital Information System (HCIS), managing employee data and payroll processes, and enhancing business efficiency through digital and process improvements

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1/D4) from Information System Major and other related major
  • Minimum GPA of 3.00 from a reputable university
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong understanding of business process mapping, SOP development, and continuous improvement principles
