Customer Based Coordinators (CBC)

Job Description
  • Ensure availability of Nestlé products on shelf by: - delivering to Customer's requirement or providing workable plans to deliver the same end result - gaining a good insight into the Customer’s operations and supply chain to the shelf - identifying root causes of non- availability of stock due e.g. price change, store ordering system change, Distribution Center, promotional forecast error and putting in place sustainable solutions to prevent future occurances - investigating, communicating and resolving out of stock & availability issues at store and distribution centers - reviewing progress of agreed Key Performance Indicator (KPI) scorecard at defined frequency e.g. quarterly with Customer and Nestlé line managers.
  • Ensure an efficient, timely, smooth (and without manual intervention) flow of orders is received by Nestlé and the Distribution Centers by: - daily placement of Nestlé’s orders and order review parameters - reviewing and maintaining Product Profile in Customer Replenishment system.
  • Maintain Customer forecast accuracy on Nestlé Stock Keeping Units (SKU)s and work towards improving the same by: - investigating demand deviations, re-forecasting as needed using sales and historical trend data - communicating and working closely with Demand Planners - organizing/ chairing key meetings, challenging assumptions and ensuring agreement on initial forecast and communication to all parties involved.
  • Manage promotional process within the Customer, whilst keeping constant communication with commercial and demand planning, and ensuring availability and a clean promotional exit.
  • Deliver supply chain excellence through identification and implementation of continuous improvement projects.
  • Coach and train virtual team to develop Nestlé knowledge of Customer’s systems & processes and Customer knowledge of supplier processes.
  1. A bachelor-degree holder (S1) with minimum 3.0 out of 4.0 GPA from Industrial Engineering major
  2. At least having 3-4 years experienced in related job
  3. Fluent in English both oral & written
  4. Detailed, persistent and organized
  5. Independent player and self-driven but able to work in a team
  6. Able to manage multiple task independently under challenging deadlines
  7. Good Analytical, leadership, negotiation, communication and presentation skills
  8. Having experience in Project work and Project Management
  9. Development projects in different supply chain areas, for e.g. Procurement, 3rd party, distributor, supplier, etc
  10. Experience in LEAN is advantages

Account Payable - Temporary (HO)

Job Description
  • Preparation of company's payment to suppliers and employees to be on time. Compley with company policy and tax law . Solvig supplier related issues in order to make AP processes more efficient.
  • Review weekly and montly payment lists, import payments and preform payments accurately, that being done by Nestle Business Services
  • Administration of the entire payment procedures for invoices and T&E ensuring that legal and Internal Control requirements
  • Controlling all vendor accounts and completion of necessary vendor clearings to avoid double payments before the payment dates 
  • Coordinate the payments with the Treasury department, perform daily checks and manage and inform one to one payment reconciliation with suppliers
  1. Ready for 1 year Temporary Employment
  2. Bachelor Degree holder (S1) with minimum 3.0 out of 4.0 GPA from Accounting Background
  3. Fresh Graduate are welcome or at least having 1 year experienced within Accounting area
  4. Fluent in English both oral & written

First Line Manager (Karawang Factory)

Position Summary

Ensure line (shift) production plan is fully achieved on time and in compliance with internal and external requirements.
A day of life of….
  1. Supervises and controls different steps of processing according to instructions, production planning and standard procedures.
  2. Monitors use of manpower, materials and product quality standards.
  3. Authorize to release and reject Raw Material and semi-finished products.
  4. Optimization to capacity utilization, monitoring and controlling the maintenance schedule.
  5. What will make you successful?
  6. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Industry, Mechanical or equivalent
  7. Fluent in English and Bahasa both verbal and written
  8. Having at least 3 years working experience in related field / position
  9. Having good communication, negotiation, leadership, interpersonal, mechanical/ electrical, analytical, and problem solving.
  10. Preferably Supervisor / Coordinator specialized in Engineering – Industrial or equivalent.
  11. Able to work in team and individually
  12. Willing to be place in Karawang Factory
  13. Ready to work in all shift schedule
  14. Familiar with Microsoft Office.

Factory Costing Specialist (Karawang Factory)

What will make you successful?
  1. Have minimum bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Accounting
  2. Having at least 3-5 years’ experience as Costing Analyst
  3. Having several experiences in Business Excellent, Decision Support, Supply Chain and Audit would be an advantage
  4. Good Communication Skills
  5. Strong understanding about Accounting Standard, Manufacturing Costing and other reporting guidelines.
  6. Solid Knowledge of business principles and best practices to ensure sustainability of business and drive continuous performance improvement
  7. Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel
