Data Scientist Lead

About the Role:
As a Data Scientist Lead you will act as a business partner who build relationships with the project owners. You will be responsible in managing Data Scientist Specialists, including developing and nurturing them to keep up with the latest knowledge and trends to maximize their capability growth.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Act as a business partner who builds a relationship with the project owner regarding the management of Specialists on a predetermined project
  • Analyse the submission of project proposals related to the needs of Specialists and provide recommendations for project priorities that will be met as a basis for decision making.

About the Senior Data Engineer role :
Senior Data Engineer defined to responsible for handling data pipelines and designing data architecture. To set the foundation for a complete data architecture, you will set up data management frameworks and help organizations to create their data governance.

  • Creating and managing design system with UX Designers
  • Prototyping designs for design demo and usability testing
  • Implement and educate design thinking to product owners
  • Collaborate with product owners to meet their business objective
  • Collaborate with front end developers to ensure the designs that have been designed can be applied to the product
  • Documenting and presenting designs and deliverables to all relevant stakeholders (Product Owner, IT, Lead, etc)
Requirements :
  1. Bachelor / Master Degree
  2. Minimum 2 years as UI or Interactive Designers
  3. Design thinking
  4. Human-computer interaction principles
  5. Lo-Fi Designs (Figma preferred, but other tools mastery is welcomed)
  6. Hi-Fi Designs (Figma preferred, but other tools mastery is welcomed)
  7. Micro Interaction and animation (Adobe After Effect + Lottie, but other tools mastery is welcomed)
  8. Design system creation and documentation
  9. Prototype (Figma and framer, but other tools mastery is welcomed)

UX Designer

About the Role:
As a UX Designer, you’ll be working with UX Researchers, UI Designers, Product Owners, IT, and other stakeholders to design products that’ll meaningful to our users. Understanding and in-depth knowledge of all design thinking phases including identifying user problem, generating ideas, and prototyping are mandatory.

Responsibilities:
  • Role as User Experience Designer in project initiatives set by the Company
  • Responsible for all stages of design thinking: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test, especially in the define and ideate stages
  • Collaborate with product owners to meet their business objective
  • Review and audit current designs
  • Collaborate extensively with UX Researchers within empathize stage, capturing users behaviour, needs, and pain points into potential opportunities and solutions
  • Capturing user needs and behaviour within user stories and persona
  • Lead ideation process, either individually or collaboratively and capturing it into design principles, user journeys, task flow, lo fi pages, IA, etc
  • Creates low fidelity pages to be developed into high fidelity pages and prototype by UI Designers
  • Create and or iterate tone of voice and implement it daily
  • Testing prototypes with UX Researchers to simulate users behaviour and iterate designs if necessary
  • Implement and educate design thinking to product owners
  • Documenting and presenting designs and deliverables to all relevant stakeholders (Product Owner, IT, Lead, etc)
Requirements:

  4. Design thinking
  5. Human-computer interaction principles
  6. Information Architecture Design and Taxonomy
  7. Heuristic evaluations
  8. User Story and Persona
  9. User and task flow and or service blueprint
  10. Wireframing and lo-fi designs (proficiency at figma are preferred)
  11. Strong proficiency at either or both of UX Research or UI Designs
  12. Design system creation and documentation
  13. UX Writing
  14. Usability Testing
