AFTER SALES AREA COORDINATOR (STAFF)

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to drive car (both manual & automatic transmission) and have a driving license.
  • Familiar in using Ms. Excel (vlookup, if function, pivot, etc).
  • Proven experience on implementing PDCA.
  • Had a general knowledge of after-sales business will be a plus.
  • Willing to travel frequently for business trips (Kalimantan, Sulawesi, and Eastern Indonesia area).
Responsibilities
  • Maintain good relationships with dealers' management and team members.
  • Control & set up dealers' targets and maintain the achievement.
  • Set up activity to achieve targeted service incoming unit, spare parts sales, and customer satisfaction index.
  • Conduct study and analyze service incoming unit and spare parts consumption.
  • Monitor dealers' spare parts payment and delivery.
  • Support after-sales marketing program and ensure its implementation on dealers.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION ANALYST (STAFF)

  • Good command of English (verbal and written).
  • Familiar with using Ms. Excel for data processing (vlookup, hlookup, pivot, etc).
  • Strong analytical thinking and high curiosity.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Having a general knowledge of the after-sales business will be a plus.
  • Experience in project management & conduct PDCA.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct analysis in order to generate improvement ideas for After Sales customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the improvement project implementation.
  • Conduct PDCA in CS project improvement.
  • Initiate activities to improve dealers' services in order to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Set up a sustainability plan to ensure the targeted achievement of the customer satisfaction index.
  • Coordinate with related parties, both internal and external.

CX STRATEGY & PLANNING (STAFF)

  • Good command of English (verbal and written).
  • Familiar in using Ms. Excel for data processing (vlookup, if function, pivot, etc).
  • Familiar in using SQL, BI tools, or Phyton will be a plus.
  • Good sense of business will be beneficial.
  • Strong analytical thinking skill and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill.
Responsibilities
  • Monitor and evaluate data quality on Customer Data Platform (CDP) system.
  • Develop and evaluate data modeling for predictive analysis.
  • Create data visualization to support decision-making.
  • Provide data needed to support data-driven marketing or campaign strategy.
  • Coordinate with related parties to maintain CDP operation support.
  • Generate regular or adhoc reports.
  • Support CX system operation, including website, internal management system, apps, call center, etc.
  • Work closely with related parties to enhance CX system and data analysis.

HUMAN RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT (STAFF)

  • Good command in English (verbal & written).
  • General knowledge of HR system and procedures (especially recruitment and training & development).
  • Good analytical & logical thinking.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Adaptable, open-minded, fast learner and proactive.
  • Computer literate and familiar in using Ms. Excel (vlookup, pivot, etc).
  • Able to driving a car will be a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Perform whole process of recruitment (requirement gathering, vacancy posting, candidate sorting & review, interviewing).
  • Maintain candidate database.
  • Perform the whole process of training activity (TNA, scheduling & implementation plan, registration, training execution, review & monitoring).
  • Maintain employees' training database.
  • Generate activity reports and perform all administrative tasks needed.
  • Manage internship program.
  • Build good communication and coordination with internal and external parties.
  • Perform any other adhoc activities as required.

IT OPERATION (STAFF)

  • Familiar in using Microsoft 365 and its set up or functionality
  • Familiar in processing or analyzing data query using Ms. Excel (pivot & macro), Ms. Access (macro)
  • Familiar in processing or analyzing data query using dashboard software (such as Power BI)
  • Had a general knowledge of IT security (theory, implementation, device) will be beneficial
  • Familiar with mobile device set up & troubleshooting will be beneficial
Responsibilities
  • Monitor and review IT facility request
  • Coordinate with related parties for IT facility procurement
  • Prepare, maintain, and monitor departmental budget & payment process to vendor
  • Review access right for users
  • Set up user's mobile device (iOS/Android)
  • Maintain IT database
  • Generate scheduled and or ad hoc reports

JUNIOR TRAINER (STAFF)

  • Good command of English (verbal and written). 
  • Proven experience as a trainer will be a plus.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Proven experience on public speaking and presentation skill.
  • Familiar in using Ms. Excel (vlookup, pivot, etc) and Ms. PowerPoint.
  • Familiar in using Adobe Premiere or Adobe After Effect will be beneficial.
  • Had a general knowledge of Mitsubishi products will be a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Manage preparation, implementation, & post-training activities and administrative task needed.
  • Deliver salesmanship and product knowledge training.
  • Supervise and work closely with Mitsubishi Dealer Trainer.
  • Monitor in-house training at Mitsubishi dealer.
  • Develop training materials.
  • Prepare e-learning modules.

LEGAL (STAFF)

  • Good command of English (verbal & written)
  • Process an advocate license
  • Proven experience in negotiating with government agencies
  • Strong legal opinion will be a plus
  • Strong analytical thinking and high curiosity
  • Computer literate and familiar in using Ms. Office 365
  • Willing to travel frequently for a business trips
Responsibilities
  • Handle litigation process and customer complain
  • Maintain (prepare & arrange) corporate license renewal or prolongation
  • Document control for existing corporate license
  • Manage license maintenance's expense budget
  • Review and draft a legal document, such as contracts, letters, etc
  • Assist binding mortgage rights process
  • Conduct study or research about regulations related to the company's business

PRODUCT QUALITY INSPECTION (STAFF)

  • Proven experience or involvement in conducting vendor audit activity.
  • Proven experience in quality assurance and or procurement activity.
  • Good command of English (verbal and written).
  • Familiar in using Ms. Excel for data processing (vlookup, hlookup, pivot, etc).
  • Familiar in using SAP.
  • Strong analytical thinking and high curiosity.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill.
Responsibilities
  • Vendor management and audit process (framework, system, and criteria).
  • Vendor performance evaluation (quality, cost, delivery, and service).
  • Handling external communication related to product quality inspection (manufacturing company, supplier, or vendor).
  • Conduct quality control at pre-delivery inspection lane.

TECHNICAL SERVICE (STAFF)

  • Good command of English (verbal and written).
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • General knowledge of After Sales Business.
  • Proven experience in Technical Analysis.
  • Experience in automotive troubleshooting.
  • Experience of analysis warranty.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends of Mitsubishi vehicles.
  • Mastering mechanical automotive skills (remove, install, inspection).
Responsibilities
  • Responsible to achieve section target KPI.
  • As the main PIC for assisting dealers to solve vehicle troubles shooting.
  • Responsible to handle customer complaints for after-sales activities.
  • Responsible for Product Quality Process (monitoring - reporting).
  • Responsible to handle part storage.
  • Coordinate with related departments, dealers, and other parties.
  • Conduct study & analysis of the frequent technical problems.
  • Support New Product Development Project.
