Business Development Officer

  • Work Location DKI Jakarta
  • Employment Status - Permanent

Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible to support project activities from technical, financial and legal aspects undertaken by Adaro Power, including the interests in the project consortium through bidding, development and or implementation stages to facilitate Top Management decision in regards to a predetermined schedule and qualifications forms. 
  • Responsible to conduct an analysis of feasible proposal in the pre-feasibility study stage by conducting the financial model analysis required permits and operational structure and project schedule to comply with IPP terms and conditions.
  • Responsible to obtain and analyze the conceptual projects by attending regular discussions and coordination with superiors in order to maintain certain projects undertaken by Adaro Power.
  • Responsible to analyze the conceptual project and proposals to proceed to the next stage by supplying a schedule to the superior in order to the projects time specified.
  • Responsible for having coordination with relevant stakeholders based on requirements on planned projects.
  • Responsible to conduct projects analysis of business development activities to run in accordance with the provisions and regulations applicable in the Company.
  • To perform other duties as appointed by his superiors related to Adaro Power’s interests in project management.
Job Requirements
  1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree from any Major 
  2. Minimum 1-2 years experience in Business Development, preferably for IPP or Renewable Energy Projects
  3. Have good understanding of the IPP Bidding Process, Commercial Contract, and Financial Model will be an advantage. 
  4. Have good communication and interpersonal skill  
  5. Good command in English and Mandarin both verbal and written

Epc Commercial Officer

  • Work Location DKI Jakarta

Job Responsibilities
  • Analyzing and providing various EPC contracts, schedule, and also activities related to EPC management to represent Adaro Power’s interests in the project consortium through the bidding, development and/or implementation stages, financial close and the post-financial close activities to facilitate top management decisions 
  • Provide all documentation related to feasibility study, bidding and development phase related to EPC contractor selection in order to facilitate business decisions on the latest projects undertaken by Adaro Power.
  • Provide analysis on the structuring of the project agreements, and the consultancy agreements with third party advisors in relation to EPC contract.
  • Support the financing team activities with regards to EPC contract, and related to the Lender’s due diligence processes and negotiations of the Financing Agreements.
  • Provide analysis for the implementation of the EPC schedule, cost, budget, tender documents and quotations, pre-contract management and change order claims and dispute resolutions .
  • Prepare progress report related to EPC Management issues
Job Requirements
  1. Minimum Bachelors' Degree graduates majoring in Law 
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Management or Commercial or Contracts Management in construction projects (preferably in power plant or other electrifications projects)
  3. Good understanding of IPP Bidding Process and Commercial Contract will be an advantage

Technical Superintendent - Renewable

Job Responsibilities
  • To collect or acquire, analyze, compile, and consolidate all the accurate technical data and resource/site information as per standards or related codes, applicable regulations, including any requirements on the Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) as part of the "Site Studies Report" to be sufficiently used for the FEED, resource assessment, performance optimization, Configuration Study for the fully compliance & competitive bid documents, any assigned techno-economy analysis or study and/or technical specifications/MFS for EPC Contract as per project needs, i.e., Performance, Schedule, Budget, and Compliances and as required for the development, M&A, implementation and O&M of the Renewable and Geen Energy projects. 
  • To collect/acquire, analyze, compileand consolidate all the required primary and secondary data (e.g., resources/site conditions, survey, data measuring, and site studies) either by in-house and/or together with Site/ LocalConsultant(s) as part of the “Site Studies Report” in order to be sufficiently used for the  FEED, resource assessment, performance evaluation, configuration study as per Project Needs.
  • To identify, analyze and compile all necessary technical specifications, scope of works, technical requirements to be  fully covered in the Technical Bidding Documents in order to be fully complied with PLN’s RFP/PPA and Lenders requirements or Project Needs.
  • To coordinate and works with technical consultants, OEMs, EPC contractors with the aim to get the most optimum performances ( Reliability, Availbility and efficiency) and competitiveness (Capex&Opex) on the selected technology and/or technical solutions or as per Projects needs.
  • To play a key role or lead in the Technical and ESG preparation, selection, execution as part of the EPC contract for the Projects
  • To assist the other Company’s subsidiaries and/or Specific Project Company (SPCs)  in providing technical supports as per requested
  • To identify, prepare and screening the proper technical Consultants (both local and international advisors), EPC contractor, subcontractorsand/or OEMs selection and recommendation the most suitable / preferred candidates to meet with Project needs.
  • To perform other duties as appointed by superiors.
Job Requirements
  1. Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) graduate majoring in Engineering (Renewable/Sustainable Energy, Mechanical/Electrical/Chemistry) 
  2. Minimum 5 (five) years of experience in Project Engineer, Design Engineer, Site Engineer, Construction Engineer, O&M Engineer, Performance Engineer preferably in Renewable Energy Industry 
  3. Preferably having exposure in Renewable Energy Power Plant Engineering, Design, Procurement, Construction, and Operations & Maintenance
  4. Have good knowledge about International and National Codes & Standards and Regulations related to the Renewable Energy, including National Grid Code and TKDN 
  5. Good command in English both verbal and written 
  6. Good communication, coordination and time management skill. 
  7. Willing to be based in Jakarta, DKI Jakarta 

Cmms Engineer

  • Work Location Kalimantan Selatan
  • Employment Status - Permanent

Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible to coordinate Maintenance plan using POMMS program to control the implementation of Maintenance System as well as to provide the Maintenance activity report to ensure the implementation of maintenance system is well and optimum conducted according to O&M Manual standard and in accordance with compliance to K3LH regulation,  Company Policy, procedure and standard.
  • Conduct data input of maintenance files, equipment data and other technical document into Computerize Maintenance Management System
  • Monitor and conduct Work Order issuance of preventive maintenance & Corrective maintenance in POMMS
  • Prepare master data, system change, status report, Preventive Maintenance result report, and any other maintenance report such as updated system or equipment design
  • Conduct the filling data of equipment and other data related to POMMS program
  • Prepare Corrective, Preventive and predictive maintenance planning and schedule by POMMS system and monitor Work Order Status report in regularly
  • Prepare daily O&M and outage progress report in accordance with management requirement
Job Requirements
  1. Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) graduate majoring in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
  2. Minimum 3 (three) years of experience as CMMS Engineer position in power plant industry 
  3. Broad experience and proven skills in coal fired power plant operation & maintenance will be advantage.
  4. Good command in English both verbal and written 
  5. Willing to be based in Tanjung - Tabalong, South Kalimantan
