Posisi Kerja di Tokopedia
Software Development Engineer in Test
- Experience in one or more of the following: test automation, refactoring code, test-driven development, build infrastructure, optimizing software, debugging, building tools and testing frameworks
- Demonstrated “Developer Mindset” with “Test Mentality”
- Experience in test integration with CI/CD pipeline
- Whitebox/Blackbox testing experience
- Experience working in an Agile Development Environment
- Experience in Manual Testing and Bug Triage
- A computer science background or equivalent experience (programming styles, data structures, algorithms, etc.)
- Test Automation tool: Katalon, Appium and xCode
- Programming Language: Go, Python, Java, JavaScript
- Web Services: JSON, REST, RPC, XML, GQL, gRPC
- Database: RDBMS, NoSQL, and Caching Technologies such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, and/or Apsara DB.
- Continuous test, integration and deployment
Risk Management Administrator (Content Moderation)
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in all majors (preferably majoring in business administrative, economics, social science or politics, law, communication or min 1-year experience in related fields).
- Good teamwork and organizational skills.
- Work in a timely manner
- Good administrative and analytical skill
- Have a great integrity to keep all the confidential information
- Free from conflict of interest with other related parties while doing the job.
- Understanding SQL is a plus.
- Responsible for daily sweeping of infringing products in Tokopedia, as well as aligning with other related teams due to the mitigation if there is any complaint.
- Solving daily reports/complaints from tickets, intools, or any other channels.
- Helping to propose/create improvement based on finding in a daily task.
- Making regular reports for tickets/reports have been solved and totals of infringing products have been swept.
- Create and manage the SOP of daily tasks.
Senior Data Analyst
- Set standardization of analytical framework and reports within the team
- Produce data visualization with a strong storytelling element.
- Strong data wrangling and data manipulation in R/ Python
- Intermediate statistics modelling utilization
- Create a statistical summary and inference (hypothesis testing: t-test, ANOVA, etc)
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years of Data analytics experience is a plus
Data Analyst Associate
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1+ years of Data analytics experience is a plus
- Become SME (Subject Matter Expert) in terms of Data & Analytics within Business Unit/Cluster
- Understand and Analyze Transactional (Order Related), Behavioral (Event Tracking, Client Activity) ,and Demographic data
- Explore Various Datasets to Generate Insights, Conclusions and Recommendations
- Produce Rich, Insightful, Meaningful and Beautiful Dashboards for Monitoring, Reporting that Automates Insight Generation
- Collaborate and synergize across with other data functions such as Data Engineering, Business Intelligent, Data Tracker , and Data Scientist teams
- Strategic Partner for Product (Feature, Functionality), Business (Campaign, Initiatives) and also Technology (Implementation)
- Produce data visualization and story tell the data with required tools.
- Perform work with solid Excel proficiency & SQL knowledge.
- Develop understanding of data wrangling & data manipulation (R/Python)
- Basic statistics modelling utilization
- Provide data insights on demand and proactively in order to assist operations
Data Privacy
- BS or MS degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems, privacy engineering or related study
- Previous experience in data privacy and protection field and/or risk management
- CIPT (Certified Information Privacy Technologies) and/or CIPM (Certified Information Privacy Manager) certification would be an advantage
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good understanding on the GDPR and the Indonesian PDP Law
- Able to collaborate with various teams; IT security, compliance and business unit teams
- We are open for various levels from Associate, Senior and Lead Level
- As part of this role, you will ensure that privacy considerations are integrated into Tokopedia's products by design to protect our customer's privacy.
- This includes developing services that support data privacy initiatives and conducting reviews of new products and services from a data privacy perspective.
- Under the guidance of the DPPO (Data Protection and Privacy Office), you will closely collaborate with various teams across Tokopedia, including security, platform engineers, data science, legal, compliance and the business teams to build Privacy by Design.
