Dan semakin maju dengan adanya merk terbaru yang mereka keluarkan hingga perusahaan ini pun mulai membuat dan memproduksi ban jenis radial untuk mobil penumpang dan juga untuk truk ringan pada tahun 1993.

Diketahui bahwa perusahaan dengan nama PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk ini telah mengoperasikan 5 pabrik ban luar dan ban dalam dari 5 pabrik tersebut mereka sudah banyak mensuplai berbagai jenis Ban, mereka telah memproduksi berbagai ban seperti

Internal Auditor (Officer)

Job Requirements:
  1. Bachelor degree in Accounting with min GPA 3.00
  2. Has 3 years of working experiences as Internal or External Auditor, preferable who has experiences in Accounting Public Firm or Multinational Company
  3. Strong interpersonal skill, good analytical, and detail oriented
  4. Proficient in English

Talent Acquisition Officer

Responsibilities :
  • Handling recruitment process from end to end - creating job advertisement, shortlisting potential candidates, invite candidates, conduct and scoring psychological test, interviewing candidates with Behavioral or Competence Based Interview, etc.
  • Handling partnership with third parties (i.e. Manpower Ministry, Universities, Schools, Job Portals)
  • Manage career site and social media
Qualifications :
  1. Maximum 27 years old
  2. Have a minimum Bachelor's Degree of majoring Psychology from reputable University
  3. Have at least 3-5 years of working experience as Talent Acquisition or in Recruitment field
  4. Have an experience as Recruiter in Manufacturing company will be a plus point
  5. Have a good knowledge about Psychological Test
  6. Have a good Interview skill with Behavioral Event Interview technique
  7. Have a good sourcing strategy for any position level

Account Payable Staff

Job Requirements:
  1. Hold minimum a Bachelor degree from Finance or equivalent from reputable university
  2. Have minimum 2 years of working experiences in Finance or as Account Payable Staff
  3. Have a good knowledge in PSAK (Accounting)
  4. Have a good knowledge in account payable
  5. Have a good knowledge in accounting journal
  6. Have a deep knowledge in Banking and Transactional Business
  7. Computer literate
  8. Good in English (verbal and oral)
Job Descriptions:
  • Handle AP, AR and Cash Management
  • Handle Petty Cash
  • Monitor of trade receivables and collection
  • Monitor operating cash flow & fixed deposit placements
  • Track projects costs

Customer Relation Officer - Export

Job Requirements:
  1. Minimum bachelor degree in any major from reputable University
  2. Has 3 years of working experience as Customer Relation, preferably in Export Sales
  3. Able to operate Ms. Office: Ms. Excel, Ms. Word & Ms. PPT
  4. Good communication skill in English (both verbal and written)
Job Descriptions:
  • Receiving and processing orders from customers
  • Reporting to Sales Export
  • Correspondence with customers, factory and others regarding the shipment of orders by phones and emails
  • Checking with SCM and factory regarding the production and orders
  • Processing the orders to Deliver Planning (DP) and communicating with Shipping Dept. regarding shipment of orders
  • Checking with Finance Dept. regarding payment of orders

Import Staff

Uraian Pekerjaan:
  • Proses prosedur penanganan dari penerimaan dokumen sampai pengeluaran barang import
  • Menyerahkan laporan dokumen yang diminta ke Bea Cukai
  • Membuat laporan dalam proses penerimaan dokumen sampai pengeluaran barang Import
  • Membantu pembuatan  laporan  untuk  ke Sukofindo dan Asuransi barang import
Kualifikasi:
  1. Usia Maksimal 30 Tahun
  2. Pendidikan minimal S1 (Manajemen Transportasi/ jurusan terkait)
  3. Pengalaman kerja minimal 2-3 tahun di bidang terkait
  4. Pengalaman menangani Custom Clearance Import
  5. Bersedia untuk melakukan pengiriman dokumen ke instansi terkait (mobile)

Job Requirements:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
