Sinarmas Pulp and Paper Products adalah perusahaan yang mulai ada dan berdiri sejak tahun 1972 yang mana mereka hadir dengan Tjiwi Kimia yang dari dulu memproduksi soda kaustik, dengan kemajuan perusahaan ini mereka semakin besar da bahkan sudah menjalankan operasi di seluruh Indonesia dan China.

Perusahaan ini memperoduksi berbagai alat-alat kantoran seperti produk pulp, kertas, produk kemasan tahunan dan kapasitas produksi yang mereka hasilkan adalah mengkonversi lebih dari 19 juta ton per tahun. Produk yang sudah mereka pasarkan sangat dibutuhkan oleh banyak orang terlebih baru baru ini mereka juga sudah memasarkan produknya di lebih dari 120 negara di enam benua.

Sejarahnya berawal dari tahun 1974 dengan berdirinya PT Tjiwi Kimia yang pada saat itu hanya fokus dan  awalnya memproduksi bahan kimia guna keperluan industri untuk bahan kertas, dan ternyata keperluan kertas sangat banyak dibutuhkan oleh banyak orang dan perusahaan ini juga mulai memproduksi kertas namun dalam jumlah terbatas.

Perusahaan Sinar Mas mengakuisisi Indah Kiat guna mendukung perluasan dan integrasi produksi pulp dan kertas. Belakangan, dengan berdirinya Lontar Papyrus serta akuisisi Pindo Deli membuat Sinar Mas menjadi salah satu perusahaan terbesar pada sektor pulp dan kertas. Dan diketahui perusahaan ini menggunakan bahan baku kertas yang diambil dari perusahaan Sinar Mas Forestry bersama mitranya. Dan juga perusahaan ini menggunakan bahan dari yang berasal dari hutan.

Internship - Recruitment

Deskripsi Pekerjaan
  • We're looking for fresh graduate or final undergraduate student who interest working with our team as Recruiter Intern for 6 months period.

Specialist, Audit Mechanical

Key Responsibilities:
  • Auditing effectiveness and efficiency machine in mills
  • To assist Lead Auditor/Team Leader in auditing the goals, performance objectives, and impact of a variety of economic, financial and managerial program in conformance with company policies & procedure
  • Responsible for preparing a 5C audit finding (Condition, Criteria, Cause, Consequence and Corrective Measure)
  • To obtain business process understanding by interviewing relevant personnel, collecting the procedure & policy related unit/department under review
Key Requirements:
  1. University graduate with Bachelor/Master Degree from reputable university, majoring in Mechanical Engineering
  2. Minimal 3 years working experience in manufacturing company in Production/Maintenance/Mechanical Engineer role
  3. High expertise in machinery & mechanical procedure
  4. Willing to do business trip
  5. Having good communication skill in English (oral & written), Mandarin is a plus
  6. Communicative and able to work or cooperate as a member of teamwork.

Expert Planning & Scheduling (Project)

Job requirements:
  • Experience in Planning, Scheduling and Reporting works in major Projects in the process industry.
  • Knowledge on Large Pulp, Paper, Board and Tissue Projects installation sequences or EPC / manufacturing development project
  • Hands on experience and willing to work closely with the project team, vendors, suppliers and contractor.
  • Has worked in professionally managed international companies following the best practice in transparent reporting to top Management
  • Has expertise in project progress calculations involving multiple project areas, contractors & suppliers
  • Preferably General Manager / Senior Manager / Director.
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Mechanical, Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English
  • At least 12 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Preparation of project schedule for all areas and phases of the project.
  2. Make project plan and monitor the project from Engineering, Procurement, Construction (Civil & MEI), Commissioning & Test Run so the project run according to plan.
  3. Make a catch up plan/ forecast date to complete the project if there is a delay.
  4. Make weekly & monthly reports for management.

HSE Specialist (Project)

Main job resposibilities:
  • Support Pindo Delli Karawang Project in implementing OHSMS/Project safety management system at site
  • Coordinate Safety performance 
  • Creates and deploys the site HSE strategy
  • Ensures compliance to standards and regulations
  • Develops a positive HSE culture
  • Manage report, project regarding safety matter
  • 6S expertise (6R/6S)
 Job requirements:
  1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent.
  2. Required language(s): English
  3. At least 7 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  4. Preferably Supervisor specialized in Engineering - Environmental/Health/Safety or equivalent.

Senior Project Manager

Job Requirements :
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree, Civil or Architecture Engineering or equivalent.
  • Must be have experiences in Projects (High Rise Building Design and Construction or EPC) as Project Manager or Project Director, Hospital Project will be advantage.
  • Understand and have experience in process engineering from design to construction.
  • Required skill(s):
  • Design and Project management of High Rise International Building specialization of Hospital Development will be advantage
  • Project Cost
  • Have built the Highrise building / commercial Projects   
  • Work experience in a CM & Property Owner (Developer) private company
  • Have good working relationships with Design Consultants
  • Willing to be based in Head Office Serpong with frequent travelling to project sites all over Indonesia.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Good working relationship with Construction contractors
  • At least 10 year's Strong Leadership.

  • Must have been a Project Manager with proven track record in managing large scale High Rise building projects starting from Concept design through commissioning and hand over.

Job Description :  
  1. Manage and coordinate with all related disciplines for all project Hospital Building
  2. Manage overall Projects in areas of Feasibility study, Concept Engineering Design, Project schedules, resources planning, Value engineering, Equipment selection, Procurement process, implementation, monitoring and control of Civil Construction, MEP Construction, Commissioning, until handover Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within contract requirements and within budget with high quality. 
  3. Initiate and liaise with all internal functions including Finance, Design, Purchasing, Permit, and Quality, ensuring timely and effective project deliverables.
  4. Interact and maintain good relationship with all external party interface including Design Consultants, contract partners, design team, government representatives, CMS, contractors and suppliers, taking a lead role during technical discussions, meetings, follow through action plans and improvements.
  5. Responsible for budget planning, monitoring, cost control, and negotiation with subcontractors, third parties.
  6. Lead and mitigate with all concerned parties to resolve all direct and indirect project related issues, including all technical, commercial, manpower, third parties and safety issues.
  7. Reports projects' progress in writing and/or in presentations regularly in order to identify project status, major achievements, work to do, risk, major issues and recommend solutions to senior management

Specialist, SAP BASIS

Job Description:
  • Handle SAP Infrastructure and business improvement projects
  • Responsible for system availability, system monitoring and performance improvement
  • Involved as SAP Basis and technical infrastructure team in business improvement project related with SAP and non-SAP systems
  • Maintain and monitoring connection and integration between SAP systems and others 
  • Create documentations related SAP infrastructure
Job Requirements:
  1. Bachelor/ Master Degree from related major
  2. 5 – 7 years of working experience in related field
  3. Expert in handling SAP BASIS Infrastructure
  4. Willing to be placed in Serpong, Tangerang
