1. Corporate Control Analyst

Responsibilities :

J-SOX Compliance

  • Independently perform all J-SOX tasks relating to ELC, BPC, FRCP and ITGC during the year to ensure they are completed and reported on a timely basis
  • Proactively perform quality control checks for all J-SOX tasks and provide guidance to the business owners to ensure full compliance and avoid deficiencies
  • Independently perform follow-up activities and provide guidance to the business in resolving deficiencies as quickly as possible
  • Prepare J-SOX reporting after completion of key activities (e.g. annual compliance statement, self-assessment and re-testing) and present to Senior Management
  • Implement new J-SOX requirements, including educating the business owners and providing guidance and quality checks
  • Provide J-SOX training and guidance to relevant departments whenever necessary, such as when new members join

Corporate Control

  • Support the implementation of an Internal Control Framework by reviewing and documenting the risks and controls across the organization
  • Establish and maintain a control monitoring system covering the major risks across the organization
  • Manage the internal control issue log and follow-up on all countermeasures with the business owners until they are fully implemented
  • Advise and support the business concerning the strengthening of internal controls
  • Manage the Project Register and interview all departments quarterly to ensure it is up-to-date
  • Provide guidance to the business owners on how to follow the Project Management Policy, including giving training to project managers and advising on the implementation of project templates
  • Support the Head of Corporate Control and project managers in preparing the Project Committee presentations
  • Perform Project Committee secretariat duties such as organizing meetings and taking minutes

Ad hoc & other assignments

  • Actively participate in Departmental meetings, giving your opinion on the matters discussed and proactively suggesting ideas on how to make improvements
  • Participate in and lead projects and initiatives on request – this is an important task as there will be various improvement initiatives over time

Requirements :

  • University degree in a business-related subject, such as accounting
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in internal control or audit
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa
  • Good planning skills and the capability to execute and achieve results according to deadlines
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good computer skills (Powerpoint, Excel, Word etc.)

2. Supervisor Raw Material Purchasing

Responsibilities :

Raw Material Purchase Volume Allocation (Ordering)

  • Perform and execute purchase of raw materials End to End
  • Creating and calculating purchase volume allocation, inventory requirements in monthly basis and help organizations to evaluate and implement inventory management systems
  • Supervise the execution of orders and schedule, updating the purchase planning (Position table) in daily basis and controlling price of raw material order to ensure manufacture operation is running well
  • Coordinating negotiation process and identifying opportunity price competitiveness with BSIN standard quality for a part of rubber chemical domestic to achieve cost efficient.

Delivery Schedule of Raw Material

  • Supervise daily operations associated with the purchasing process carried out by the buyer such as; order confirmation, shipping to ensure delivery on time in full with BSIN standard quality
  • Controlling and monitoring raw material inventory levels in monthly basis and propose necessary delivery arrangement to supplier to optimize inventory levels.
  • Control and coordinating with RMW team the incoming of raw material in daily basis to keep inventory level and avoid production interruption.
  • Coordinate meeting with SCM, RMW, and Production Planning to avoid potential disruption of operation due to under stocking of raw material inventory to minimize impact to production performance.

Raw Material Supply Sustainability

  • Perform to build good working relationships with relevant sections, BS groups and suppliers to achieve strong supply chain and trusted partnership
  • Coordinate with other sections related to the needs of raw materials and packaging for production Coordinate with Technical, QA, Production, RMW and SCM team to review purchase planning in relate with customer requests such as trial new product, new sources (suppliers), switching grade, based on schedule production batches, inventory levels and production time to optimize opportunity of cost improvement and supply sustainability.

Requirements Education :

  • Ideally holds a Bachelor Degree (S1)
  • 5-7 years experienced in Purchasing or Procurement

3. Legal Specialist

Responsibilities :

Operational Legal Advice & Consultation

  • To provide legal advice on legal issues related to daily business operation, including but not limited to commercial transactions in BSIN and related to the necessary contracts and/or legal documentation
  • To conduct prominent legal research on several matters related to the new laws or regulations or as related to the transaction and daily business operations in BSIN

Contract and Documents Drafting & Review

  • To provide effective legal drafting assistance and legal review process of contracts, letters or any legal documentation related to the business of BSIN. This include to develop new template or new contract
  • To manage the legal contract operations, including the filing and reminder, and track the timeline of review to fulfill the review target
  • To manage the operational of Agiloft and/or any contract management system implemented in BSIN
  • To continue developing and continuously identify areas of improvement in relation to the contract and our internal policies especially related to best practice of contract management
  • To assist user in negotiation of contract and any of legal documents on behalf of the company
  • To assist on the increase of the awareness of the internal stakeholders related to the best way to finalize the contract and transaction in BSIN
  • To support the Head of Legal, Indonesia in any legal related matter as directed
  • To support the Head of Legal in developing and/or improving existing contract review processes to work towards greater automation and higher efficiency

Corporate Secretarial Matters

  • To assist on the Annual and Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, Board of Commissioners Meeting and Board or Directors Meeting in order to ensure compliance of Company’s Article of Association and applicable company law
  • To assist on the composing process of corporate annual report in order to ensure the report has fulfilled the requirements of Company’s Article of Association and applicable company law

Intellectual Property

  • To assist on monitor and ensure the fulfillment of intellectual property requirement and protection of Bridgestone including its relevant brands and products in Indonesia based on guidance from the brand holder, in order to ensure compliance with applicable law and regulations

Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Business Continuity (BC)

  • To assist in the implementation, execution and localizing (where relevant) of the ERM framework. This may entail supporting risk identification, monitoring and assessment activities with stakeholders and executing relevant risk management policies and procedures
  • To assist in driving the key components of the BC program such as crisis management plans and testing
  • To assist with any ERM or BC activity as directed by the Head of Legal, Indonesia

Others

  • To lead or participate in local projects and initiatives based on assignment
  • To assist with the training and the increase of the awareness related to Legal and/or ERM matters for the internal stakeholders
  • To participate in regional/global legal conferences and meeting and to participate in regional/global initiative projects based on assignment
    Liaise, support and collaborate with other group companies where applicable

Transversal Responsibility

Requirements :

  • Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Law from reputable university
  • Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in major law firm and/or in-house legal counsel in a reputable company. Have an experience in manufacturing company will a plus point
  • Strong knowledge in Indonesia corporate and commercial law, especially in company law, foreign investment, employment, business competition, consumer protection and intellectual property
  • Having business sense and willing to understand the business process and goals
  • English skill: full professional proficiency in both written and speaking. (Will need to take the Step+ English test and score at least 1065)
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and attention to detail
  • Ability to take ownership for work, strong work ethics and sense of responsibility
  • Excellent level of integrity
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team is a must
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and assignments in a time pressure environment is a must
  • Experience in reviewing and negotiating contracts
  • Commercial / corporate transaction experience
  • Demonstrate effective problem solving and decision-making
  • Good communication, inter-personal skills and mindset to become a strategic business partner to business. Being hands on is mandatory
  • Fluent in English both oral and written
  • Technology savviness and effective computer skills including familiarity with all basic MS Office applications as a minimum

4. Consumer Sales & Retail Development Account Executive (placement in East Java/Northern Sumatera)

Responsibilities :

  • Support Family Channel on execute indirect sales activities
  • Monitor, analyze & report achievement in monthly basis
  • Communicating of policies, marketing program & product to Family Channel to ensure the shop is up to date
  • Analyze & propose improvement plan to Family Channel
  • Monitor & analyze the market information (trend, competitor, etc.)
  • Monitor & maintain daily operation of Family Channel

Requirements :

  • Bachelor degree majoring in Management/Economic/Technical, etc.
  • 2 – 3 years experience in sales representative
  • Good English Proficiency both verbal and written
  • Having computer literacy (especially Excel skill)
  • Good communication skill, leadership skills and strong responsibility mind-set to improvement
  • Understand business process in automotive or tire manufacturing

5. Sales Engineer Regional Coordinator

Responsibilities :

Selling Activities

  • Coordinate commercial product sales activities in each area by planning and evaluating the sales team to achieve the sales target
  • Monitor and evaluate sales achievement and activities at BTTC (Bridgestone Truck Tire Center) to support the achievement of sales budget in commercial product
  • Conduct market surveys and competitors analysis to achieve the sales budget (product, price, promotion, delivery and human resources)
  • Assist Sales Engineer to deliver Long Term Agreement with big fleet customer
  • Manage marketing activities budget and business trip all sales engineer
  • Prepare import plan and allocation draft analysis
  • Analyze market price and compile competitor price information in the market shops/Fleets

Supporting Activities

  • Supervise fleet activities: Demand, Tire Check Service, Scrap Survey, Market Survey, competitor activities as well maintain relationship with customer
  • Manage and evaluate fleet sales target (market survey) periodically

Customer Complaints Management

  • Handle customer complaints regarding tire damage including product warranty through immediate responses or coordination with related departments to ensure smooth handling of customer complaints and maintain customer satisfaction
  • Review and analyze the damage / failure of the product as parts of the claims process to ensure the validity of customer complaint

Transversal Responsibility

Requirements :

  • Bachelor degree any major (preferable Marketing & Economic)
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales field
  • Able to communicate in English (preffered)
  • Data analysis capability
  • Good leadership skills
  • Understanding in automotive industry (specially car tire)
